"Assets" are the MN2 held in the site's custodial daemon wallet (including coins currently PoS-staked) plus the stabilization reserve. "Liabilities" are the sum of every user's in-app MN2 (liquid balance + staked). Coverage ≥ 1.0 together with a passing internal reconciliation means all user MN2 is fully backed. Rewards are paid only from realized daemon staking yield minus a stated site margin and are variable and not guaranteed.
